Traditional Prawn Cocktail

Tiger Prawns topped with marie rose sauce, on a bed of lettuce with wedges of tomato and lemon served with a side of brown bread and butter


Slow cooked Duck Ragout

scented with cranberry and thyme, served with wholegrain mustard suet dumplings



Mains


Traditional Roast Turkey

served with sage and onion sausage meat, roast potatoes, sprout carrot and petit pois medley, braised red cabbage, pigs in blankets, gravy and cranberry sauce


Sea Bass en Papillote

Sea Bass baked in paper with lemon, samphire and garlic butter served with sauteed potatoes and a warm pickled carrot salad


Rich Mushroom and Truffle Risotto

topped with a crispy julienne of herb crepes
